EP AudioSource helps overseas buyers communicate with audio equipment manufacturers in Enping, China. Buyers work directly with the selected manufacturer, while EP AudioSource assists with communication, factory visits, production follow-up and delivery coordination.

Below are answers to common questions about our role, service process and responsibilities.

Working With Manufacturers

Yes. Buyers communicate and conduct business directly with the selected manufacturer.

EP AudioSource assists with communication and coordination, but the commercial relationship is established between the buyer and the manufacturer.

The buyer signs the sales contract directly with the manufacturer’s registered company.

The contract should clearly state:

Order payments are made directly to the manufacturer according to the payment information stated in the sales contract or proforma invoice.

EP AudioSource does not collect the buyer’s deposit, balance payment or product payment.

Service Fees

No. EP AudioSource does not charge buyers a sourcing fee, introduction fee or commission for standard manufacturer-matching and order-follow-up services.

Buyers pay the manufacturer directly for products, samples, tooling, packaging and other agreed order-related costs.

Not necessarily.

Sample policies depend on the manufacturer, product type and customization requirements. Some standard samples may be provided free of charge, while customized samples, tooling samples or high-value products may require payment.

The buyer may also need to pay courier, customs or delivery charges.

Any sample-related cost will be confirmed before the sample is prepared or shipped.

EP AudioSource does not normally charge buyers for arranging a standard factory visit.

However, buyers are responsible for their own accommodation, long-distance transportation and other personal travel expenses unless otherwise agreed.

Factory Visits

Yes. Overseas buyers can request a factory visit before placing an order or during production.

Factory visits are subject to the manufacturer’s working schedule, production arrangements and visitor policies.

We recommend making an appointment in advance so that the relevant production lines, staff and product samples can be prepared.

Yes. EP AudioSource can help coordinate:

Yes. Pickup may be arranged from an agreed location, such as a hotel, railway station or nearby transportation point.

Pickup arrangements depend on location, vehicle availability and the confirmed visit schedule. The exact time and meeting point should be confirmed before arrival.

Production and Delivery

EP AudioSource can assist with production follow-up on behalf of the manufacturer.

This may include checking:

The manufacturer is responsible for producing the goods according to the specifications and quality requirements agreed in the sales contract.

EP AudioSource and the manufacturer can assist with shipment coordination, depending on the agreed trade terms.

Freight Forwarders and Warehouse Charges

If the buyer appoints a third-party freight forwarder, warehouse or logistics company, any receiving, handling, unloading, storage, registration or warehouse entry fees charged by that third party are normally the buyer’s responsibility.

EP AudioSource and the manufacturer do not control the fee policies of third-party logistics providers.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, EP AudioSource and the manufacturer are not responsible for additional charges imposed by:
