Who Is More Likely to Be Approved?
Priority may be given to qualified business applicants who:
- Have a clear product-testing or purchasing requirement
- Provide valid company, website, online store or other business information
- Identify the product or product category they want to evaluate
- Provide a reasonable estimated order quantity and explain the intended use and target market
- Provide a valid business email address or other verifiable contact information and accept that sample, customization and shipping charges may apply
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, sample availability or free supply. Requests intended for personal use, giveaways, resale of sample units or purposes unrelated to a potential business purchase may be declined. Duplicate, incomplete, unverifiable or repeated applications may be reviewed together or rejected.
How It Works
Step 1: Submit Your Sample Request
Complete the form with your company information, product or model of interest, intended use, target market, estimated order quantity and shipping destination.
Step 2: Request Review
EP AudioSource will review the information provided and, where appropriate, coordinate with a suitable manufacturer. We may contact you for additional specifications, company information or purchasing details.
Step 3: Confirm Sample Terms
If a manufacturer can support the request, we will confirm the responsible manufacturer, sample model, quantity, customization requirements, sample charge, preparation time, courier cost and shipping arrangement before proceeding.
Step 4: Buyer Confirmation and Sample Shipment
You can decide whether to proceed after reviewing the confirmed sample terms. Once the required details and any applicable payment have been confirmed, the responsible manufacturer will normally prepare the sample. Shipment will then be arranged according to the confirmed terms, and tracking information will be provided when available.
